I am the co-owner of Mantra Massage in the small town of Wise, Virginia. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years as a nurse before venturing into massage therapy. I truly enjoy being able to continue helping others in a holistic way. I strive to create a soothing environment where everyone feels welcomed. I believe in nurturing the mind-body connection and for this, a peaceful environment is essential. My goal in massage is to communicate with the central nervous system and let the body know that it is okay to relax and let go of any physical or mental tension. I am very excited to be able to provide Sarga Bodywork to my clients to help in achieving this. I specialize in Sarga Bodywork, Swedish massage, lymphatic massage and Reiki.
