SARGA.Rx is a technical, client-active therapy that applies barefoot bodywork techniques to a structurally oriented, myofascial practice. Manual techniques are paired with integrative movement drills to facilitate lasting change.
Techniques taught in this course can be useful in rehab, Structural Integration, or Yoga Therapy settings. Sessions are performed on a floor pad/yoga mat with clients wearing elastic-type attire. SARGA Rx is best suited for the structurally-minded therapist with a floor-based practice.
This course provides 18 continuing education units (NCBTMB #1431). There are no prerequisites required to take this course.
