Sarga Futon

Designed for Sarga Bodywork, SargaThai, Thai Massage, assisted stretching, and other floor-based bodywork practices, this lightweight futon provides a supportive, easy-to-balance surface while maintaining the low profile and feel of a traditional Thai massage setup.

Weighing under 10 pounds, the futon is easy to roll, store, and transport and features a 2-inch medium-firm foam insert and a removable khaki poly-cotton twill cover with built-in ties to keep it securely rolled for storage or travel. A three-sided zipper makes the cover easy to remove and machine wash.

Available in two sizes:

• Small: 80" × 32" × 2" — Pairs best with the Regular Sarga Board (30")
• Large: 80" × 43" × 2" — Pairs best with the Sarga XL Board (40")

Unlike the thicker SargaThai Mat, this futon is inspired by the lower-profile surface traditionally used for Thai Massage. Because of its thinner design, it is not compatible with the Sarga Headrest for Floor-Based Bodywork. Not sure which mat is right for you? Read our blog post to compare the options.
