Refund policy
At Sarga Bodywork, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Your return window depends on where you are located, as described below.
Physical Products
Returns & Refunds in the United States and Canada
If you are located in the United States or Canada, you may return eligible physical products within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. After 30 days from purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Returns & Refunds in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may return eligible physical products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. This 14-day window reflects your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by emailing us at sarga@sargabodywork.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This statutory right cannot be reduced by this policy, and you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns & Refunds in Australia and New Zealand
If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you may return eligible physical products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. After 14 days from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation, which this policy does not limit.
Returns & Refunds: Rest of World
If you are located outside the regions listed above, you may return eligible physical products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. After 14 days from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by any mandatory consumer protection law that applies in your jurisdiction.

For European customers exercising the statutory withdrawal right, the above requirements apply only to the extent permitted by law; you remain entitled to inspect the goods as you would in a physical store, and your right to withdraw is not conditioned on the item being unopened or unused beyond that inspection.

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged within the warranty period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sarga@sargabodywork.com within 60 days of purchase to arrange an exchange. This is in addition to any other remedies available to you under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Product Warranty
Sarga Bodywork provides a limited 60-day warranty on all physical products. If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it at no cost when you notify us within 60 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement if there is evidence of extreme, destructive, or improper use of the product.
This warranty does not limit or replace any statutory guarantee or warranty you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence, including the European legal guarantee of conformity, the Australian Consumer Law, and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping (United States & Canada): You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Return Shipping (Europe, Australia & New Zealand, Rest of World): You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, we made an error, or we have otherwise agreed to cover the cost.
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanges of defective items only.
Recommendation: For items valued over $75 (or the equivalent in your local currency), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. European customers exercising the statutory withdrawal right will be reimbursed within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier).

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return and will be refunded at the discounted price paid.
Online Courses & Digital Products
All sales of online courses and digital products are final.
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for online courses once purchased.
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this no-refund policy applies where you have expressly requested immediate access to the course before the end of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period and have acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal once the course has begun. This consent is captured at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment: Orders ship once per week from our facilities.
Delivery Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery within the continental United States. International delivery times, including to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere, may take longer depending on customs processing and destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Tracking Issues: If you haven't received your order after the expected delivery window, please email sarga@sargabodywork.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Your Rights Under Local Law
This policy is intended to operate alongside, and not instead of, any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country or region of residence. If any part of this policy conflicts with a right you cannot lawfully waive, the mandatory right will apply instead. As we expand into new markets, region-specific terms may be added to this policy to reflect local requirements.
