GUIDED ONLINE COURSE

Sarga 102: Guided introduces a new set of advanced techniques to add to your Sarga Bodywork repertoire and reviews how to transition your floor-based Sarga Bodywork techniques to a raised-table practice.

This guided online course comes with the support of an instructor. The 2-month format includes 2 one-on-one Zoom meetings; Class 1 meeting (60m) / Class 2 meeting (60m), as well as access to your instructor for email support. Instructor support can be available in Spanish, French & Italian.

Co-founder of Sarga Bodywork, Jivatma Massaguer is a seasoned bodyworker with a practice based on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. Her love for barefoot massage and myofascial bodywork has inspired her to create and share Sarga Bodywork with the world!

Before Enrolling:

In order to safely use Sarga Bodywork techniques on raised massage tables, students are required to either review the equipment safety training in this online course, or in our Sarga 101 in-person course.
