I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, and am an instructor for DeepFeet Bar Therapy and Sarga Bodywork. I practice deep bodywork with the intention of creating more symmetry within the framework of the body, as well as promoting homeostasis within all of the systems by activating the parasympathetic nervous system to promote healing and relaxation.
