Payton is a passionate CMT who has been practicing the art of massage therapy since 2022. She aims to make the world a better and happier place, one massage at a time. By using the graceful barefoot style of Sarga Bodywork, it is her goal to give each recipient a "heeling" massage that addresses myofascial pain and helps their body and mind feel better than how they felt before.
