My career has included 20+ years of blending Western myofascial massage with Eastern traditions of Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Thai. In 2019, I added barefoot-based work by training in Sarga Bodywork. The deep, controlled strokes create broad pressure that allows client's tissue to respond rather than react. Blending my background in structural massage and understanding of meridians with the beauty and strength of Sarga has changed the game for myself and my beloved clients.
