My background and training in dance has led me to appreciate body movement. Injuries of my own and the want to help others led me to the service of massage therapy. After accomplishing national board certification in 2009, I gained a massage therapy license in the state of Connecticut then later expanded to include Rhode Island and New Jersey. My work history ranges from golf/sports clubs to 5 star luxury spas, boutique day spas and in-home mobile services. I've found that I enjoy most working in the therapeutic/clinical sense and have heavily invested in my education in the scope of massage therapy and bodywork. Learning the body systems, in depth, has given me great insight to the many techniques which address tension and stagnant energetic flow. Often, I am asked "what is your favorite kind of massage to give?" Always, it is what most benefits and effective for the client. It is very fulfilling as a practitioner to bring positive effect and change which ultimately improves someone's quality of life.
