At Sarga Bodywork, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Physical Products
Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible physical products within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund. After 30 days from purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

How to Request a Return:

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged within the warranty period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sarga@sargabodywork.com within 60 days of purchase to arrange an exchange.
Product Warranty
Sarga Bodywork provides a limited 60-day warranty on all physical products. If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it at no cost when you notify us within 60 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement if there is evidence of extreme, destructive, or improper use of the product.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanges of defective items.
Recommendation: For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return and will be refunded at the discounted price paid.
Online Courses & Digital Products
All sales of online courses and digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for online courses once purchased.

Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment: Orders ship once per week from our facilities.
Delivery Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. Orders shipped from our Hawaii headquarters may take longer than orders shipped from within the continental United States.
Tracking Issues: If you haven't received your order after 15 business days, please email sarga@sargabodywork.com with your order number so we can investigate.
